Returns Policy
We refund 100% of the purchase price if the books are returned within 60 days, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please note that different procedures apply to bookstores. Books must be returned in good condition. If the books you return are marked, damaged, or cannot be sold as new, we may, at our discretion, refund less than the normal amount. We are not responsible for shipping charges except when items are defective or we made a mistake with your order (such as shipping too many or too few books).
Returns for Individuals and Institutions
All our publications come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your
purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 60 days from the date you received your order, and we will refund
your money, less shipping charges, in full. You do not need to contact us for authorization. By default we will
credit your account and use that credit on your next order. If you would rather receive a refund by check, please include a written request with your return.

Returns for Bookstores
Bookstores must contact us to request a return authorization. Returns without a return authorization number will not
be accepted.
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Phone, fax, mail, or email a request for return.
- If you call us, we can authorize your return right away. If you contact us by fax, mail, or email, your return will usually be authorized within 24 hours.
- Once you receive authorization, ship the items you wish to return to either address above. When we receive the items, you will be sent a Credit Notification indicating the amount your account was credited.
How Much Will I Get Back?
- 100% of purchase price if returned up to two months from the date of shipment.
- 80% of purchase price if returned up to three months from date of shipment.
- 70% of purchase price if returned up to six months from the date of shipment.
- Sorry, no refund if returned more than six months from the date of shipment.
